Events

The work of the Task Force takes various forms. The members and observers often participate in or organize events related to SSE. The Task Force also regularly hosts side-events during relevant UN processes and civil society conferences. Those activities help raise the visibility of the role that SSE organizations play in sustainable development.

UNTFSSE participated in the 10th edition of the Mont Blanc Meetings on “The Social Solidarity Economy, from local to international solutions in a changing world”

The tenth edition of the Mont Blanc Meetings was organized by the SSE International Forum in Cartagena, Colombia this year. It was the first time that the Mont Blanc Meetings took place, in the Americas. The two-day event included seven selected sub-themes and six self-managed sessions on a range of topics pertaining to the SSE. The UNTFSSE held its third technical symposium

The technical symposium took place virtually from 6 to 10 December 2021. The third technical symposium of the UNTFSSE was organized by the International Labour Organization (ILO) and facilitated by the ILO International Training Centre (ITC-ILO).
