Establishing a Sustainable Social and Solidarity Economy Ecosystem: The Case of Daegu, South Korea

How can a social economy ecosystem be activated in areas where civil society is weak and public-private partnerships have no experience? The purpose of this study was to identify the mechanism of constructing a social economy ecosystem in Daegu city. The case of Daegu provides implications for building social economy ecosystems not only in South Korea but also in other Asian countries that lack experience in public-private cooperation.
